ORDER AND SHIPPING COSTS

If your order exceeds 1000€ we will ship free, if your order be lower freight cost will be apply according with the table below.
If you do not have a valid VAT-ID number 19% of VAT will be charged.

You will be issued a tracking number immediately after despatch of your consignment SmartCom Bayern GmbH relies on the collaboration of leading national and international transport companies such as Dachser, DHL, DPD, and UPS, which guarantee delivery times of 24/72 hours depending on the destination (excluding Saturday and Sunday). All transport costs are charged to the customer with an invoice charge.
There is the possibility of picking up the goods directly at our office, canceling delivery costs.

*The shipping conditions listed above are valid only for orders up to € 999 excluding VAT; once this amount has been exceeded, a fixed export charge of € 30 will be applied; in addition, after exceeding 5 lines, a cost of € 5 will be applied for each line produced on the invoice.
